Since its creation, Trénel has produced wines as well
as liqueurs.
The fruit is always from Burgundy. It is chosen with
care
to satisfy their need to obtain the best result. Our liqueurs
are made exclusively from regional fruits selected for their
excellent flavour.
Cherries, peaches, wild blackberries, blackcurrants and other
fruit are macerated in neutral alcohol for 1 to 6 months before
straining, pressing and filtering. Then, sugar is added
to produce a liqueur ready for bottling.
These vintage liqueurs offer in all finesse, fruit and aromas
beyond comparison. Some can be drunk as an aperitif
or an after dinner drink, whereas others will happily enhance
your cocktails. |
