| tasting |
Purple in colour with aromas of fragrant red blossom (peony, rose). Fruity
flavours follow the frank front of palate, accompanying a fine tannic structure.
This well-balanced, structured wine is ready for drinking now and makes
a fine match for veal liver or andouillette à la ficelle. |
| HOW TO DRINK AND SERVE |
Served chilled, to 13° C(55°F), it is a delicious accompaniment
to terrines, light meats and hot starters with a cream-based sauce. |
